Types of data we collect
Website Cookies
Here’s Marks and Spencer’s cookie information in their privacy policy.

Google Analytics
When someone visits www.samsbicycles.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Personal Data.
By contacting Sam’s Bicycles I will collect and save whatever contact method to make it easy for me to communicate with you regarding the process of getting your bike dropped off, fixed and picked up. I save your number to my phone along with your name making it easy for me to find you. This is the only place your number will be stored. Email addresses will be used to communicate, and stored while the bike is being fixed after this date the emails will be deleted. The email address will then be attached to your name within the invoicing software to help me find and email you if need be.

Sharing data.
We do not share your data with anyone.

Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to Sam McDonald at sam@samsbicyccles.co.uk
